Developed in partnership with mayors across Puget Sound, Building a Culture of Partnership: A Playbook for Puget Sound Mayors offers questions to consider, examples from local cities, and perspectives from fellow mayors that leaders can adapt to their own communities. It explores how to build trusted business relationships, make economic development a shared responsibility across City Hall, and work with peer mayors and regional partners to strengthen competitiveness.
