This will take planning for the system, agreeing on sustainable funding, and then building for the future…Without decisive action, the cost of inaction—lost productivity, higher transportation costs, and declining quality of life—will far exceed the price of smart investments today. It’s time for bold leadership to build the infrastructure that will carry us into the future. The question isn’t whether we can afford to invest; it’s whether we can afford not to.
